Small handmade stockings, lovingly constructed from vintage cotton organdie and lace remnants with the option to add a chainstitch name. The stocking has a small vintage picot edge ribbon so it can be hung up for the festive season and we have made these with a choice of two different lace edges - a lighter more delicate lace and a ever so slightly denser cotton based lace.

The added name is hand embroidered in stranded cotton in an ombre red. To personalise your stocking, please add your chosen word or name in the personalised text box above. Maximum 8 letters.

Approximate sizing (internal measurement) - 80mm x 150mm

Due to the nature of the vintage elements used to make these stockings and the added hand embroidered name please expect slight variations from one stocking to another.

Care Instructions

Embroidery is delicate and should be handled with care to preserve the integrity of the stitching. We recommend dry cleaning only for all embroidered products, including tablecloths, napkins and patches.

Tablecloths & Napkins

Dry clean only. Avoid machine washing, soaking or excessive rubbing, as these may affect the fabric and embroidery.

Embroidered Patches

Embroidery is delicate and needs to be treated with care when handling and stitching down. We recommend attaching patches to garments that do not require regular laundering, as patches are dry clean only.

Position the patch using the iron-on backing, then secure it fully by hand-stitching around the border. Use a low to medium heat setting on your iron, avoiding excessive pressure or prolonged ironing. Allow the garment to cool completely before handling, then finish by hand-stitching around the border to secure the patch.

Product Safety

When handling freehand embroidered patches and artwork please avoid using harsh chemicals, excessive heat, and rough handling as this can damage the stitches or backing and effect the integrity of both the embroidery and the fabric it's attached to.

Keep embroidered artworks away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture, as these can cause fading and damage

Our patches are embroidered on pure wool felt. Patches, artworks and napkins are posted in recylable packaging, care instructions are included in the packaging.
